Fit and Fed Summer 2022!

We’re pleased to announce that we’ve secured funding to continue with our ‘Fit and Fed’ programmes in Abertillery and Rhymney for a second year, along with launching Fit and Fed from VGA Crumlin (this summer) - with two pilot sessions planned.
The sessions are aimed at those who may be struggling with the rise of the cost of living, or would benefit from engagement in activities. The sessions are free of charge and include multi-sports and gymnastics, plus a free packed lunch from the Coffee Lounge. If anyone would like more information please email Tara.Edwards@VGA.Wales
