Welsh Performance and Excel Grades 2024

Huge congratulations to our gymnasts who competed in the Welsh Performance and Excel Grades in Cardiff at the start of April. There was beautiful gymnastics performed across the board - in stiff competition - and the gymnasts smashed lots of their personal goals!

All competing gymnasts passed their grades comfortably. Special mention must go to:

*Erin - 4th AA, Bronze on Floor and Range (Prep 3)

*Ophelia - 2nd AA, Gold on Bars, Silver on Range (Prep 3)

*Madison - 2nd AA, Gold on Bars and Vault and off to represent Wales at British Finals (Perf 1)

*Ruby - 1st AA, Gold on Bars and Range, Silver on Beam, Vault and Floor (Excel 1)

The aim is that our gymnasts are well prepared, perform beautiful gymnastics and enjoy their competition - and we can safely say that all three were achieved! Well done girls!
