TESTIMONIALS
“Choosing VGA for our daughter was the best decision we have made. I've watched her blossom from a tiny 4 year old into a confident 9 year old. More than just mastering handstands and flips, VGA has cultivated strong friendships and invaluable life skills that will serve her well beyond the mat.
The coaches pour their hearts into every practice, treating each gymnast like family while fostering an atmosphere of encouragement and growth. We've come to appreciate VGA as a second home; the laughter, camaraderie, emphasis on wellbeing not just gymnastics. With excellent facilities that adapt to every gymnast’s pathway, there is no doubt she’s in the best care possible. At VGA, the grit and grace she learns today are the stepping stones to a brighter tomorrow!”

“It has been amazing watching my daughter's journey at VGA over the last 14 months. Her confidence grows week by week. Not only has her skills developed but she has formed lovely friendships, with her peers, coaches and young leaders. The coaches are always on hand to answer any questions. My daughter loves her classes and looks forward to them every week. During the school holidays she really enjoys the range of workshops available. When I asked my daughter what she thinks of VGA, her reply was IT'S AMAZING! Thank you for all your hard work!”

“VGA is an amazing club. My daughters cannot wait to attend each session and have progressed through the support, dedication and enthusiasm of their coaches. They have taught them invaluable skills not only physically but socially. My oldest daughter used to be quiet and reserved. Since attending her confidence has grown a heap and they have both made many lovely friends. The difference in them has been amazing and this is definitely down to the coaches, the positive energy and atmosphere within the club. It’s also fantastic how the children encourage and support one another. I cannot thank VGA enough for all their support. The children are most definitely at the heart of everything they do!”

“Valleys Gymnastics Academy are an innovative and inclusive club, focusing on the needs of all members. VGA are an excellent example of inclusive gymnastics ... and their practice should be shared with other clubs within gymnastics and the community (Disability Sport Wales).”

“I was blown away by how great the class and the instructors were ... my son is incredibly shy and didn’t want to participate at first but in the end I had to drag him away. What a fantastic class!”

“VGA has been much more than learning gymnastics to her. It has given her an identity, taught her so many life skills and has helped her form some amazing friendships and memories.”

“VGA has been supporting my daughters enthusiasm for gymnastics for a little over eleven months. I find the staff to be kind, knowledgeable and experienced in this field and the children who attend are encouraged to achieve their highest potential. I would recommend this centre as my daughter develops each session, not only with new skills but also how to work with others to embrace and learn how to deal with success and cope with defeat. A nurturing environment for your child to excel.”

“My child was welcomed with open arms by the other girls and the whole team, she progressed very very quickly and enjoyed every second she was was at VGA. From my perspective you're doing an amazing job; helping every child, communicating with parents brilliantly and running a very professional club. I don't know how you do it all but I wanted to make sure it was noted!”
“My son has ASD and is non verbal, and loves coming on a Sunday. The staff are brilliant with him for his needs. He loves running and jumping everywhere and his confidence has improved a lot.”

“We've just come back from the toddler drop in session. We go every week and I can't say enough good things about it! The facilities are fantastic and so enjoyable for the children - and coach Luke is absolutely amazing with them! He is like the Pied Piper, my normally shy son follows him around and joins in all of his imaginative games, it's so lovely to see! By far our favourite activity of the week!”
